Completely wrong and stupid, BitPim doesn't work with CDMA phones (which means Verizon) except for 'Filesystem', and apparently the location of the file is different for different models. Plus you're making a retarded video taking 5 minutes to explain something that could simply be typed in 5 steps or so and posted somewhere.

i have used bitpim when i first got my LG voyager and in just the way you showed and i have a problem now see it did work but after a few tones my phone began rejecting the programing I.E. every time i tried to load a new ringtone my phone would reboot itself before the ringtone could stick leaving me with a big problem does anyone have a solution im all ears please help me

everytime i go to convert some black thing comes up. i think its the control thing but it goes to the black thing, then it says error. send error or dont send. then it shows some white page with words on it saying 4 options, continue, abort bitpim, help, and create trouble report. i go to continue and it does the same thing over again. then click the data menu up top, and select send phone data ... then check on ringtone and click ok, your phone will reboot and set your new ringtone like any other ring tone and you're done.
