  • i think im the only male here perhaps on earth that dislikes women with muscles. im a huge cunt and i like my women just right. nice and curvy. just dont eat like a hippo everyday and go for a run every now and then. why is that so hard?

  • There are different kinds of muscle. I like women who have Brazilian bodies with thick legs, wide hips and big booties. These women have muscle.. Feminine muscle that adds to their curves. They naturally look like that. I find repulsive extreme gym women with no hips, wide shoulders, bulging biceps, vainy arms and legs. Some have no boobs or they have two plastic balls that makes them look the results of some experiment. .

  • Hey steve. I'm doing pushups. I can do around 100 pushups in my first sets. It is difficult and it is change. I feel pain in my arms the next day. Is that a good workout?

  • I personally gain muscle TOO fast. I can lift 5 or 10# and literally see my muscles get bigger immediately see the muscle get bigger. UGH!! I hate this problem! On the other hand, I'm crazy strong, can leg press over 600#.

  • How about ethnic differences? I'm Native American, and much more muscular and stockier than my Caucasian friends. I can say this from experience not just in my own life but with many friends of mine--Native women tend to be stronger and more muscular than the average non-Native American woman in the US.

  • You can still lift heavy weights or you could lift lighter weights. This will be based on what you would like to achieve.

  • I am 19 year old competitive weightlifter. I bench over 200lbs. Being a lady, you dont get that buff men but you mostly tone up.

  • Finally someone has set the record straight....women should lift a weight that is challenging for them to complete the set - i like to do 15 reps for legs and 12 reps for all upper body muscles

  • Personally I'd be happier if more of the mainstream zombie girls out there started packing on some pounds and working out just enough to give their curves definition ---instead of thinking that their bony thin bodies with little to no curves are sexy. Personally I think the only reason that image [of skinny=beautiful] is fronted is so that males can stay in control because all the females are then weak and fragile and can be handled like property.

  • @sudowoodonumbers It's not as black and white as that. There is the weird, super skinny model types, which is almost masochistic in its aim at weight. Then there is the true sexy, like the Jessica Alba-type bodies, with curves, but truly sexy. Almost every man you talk to prefers the curvier woman, and almost every person you talk to would say that the 120 pound girl is sexier than the 95 pound girl. Either way, sexy is sexy, and skinny doesn't factor in really.

    Like the second comment you made, not ALL women make such assumptions about men.

  • Thank you!!! I am a woman who lifts and I am always the only girl among a huge mass of men in the weights area at the gym. I am strong, better in ballet, and THINNER than I was because of it. I try to tell women the benefits and that they won't get big but they cling to that misconception.
