I went to Mahora Primary School in 1969 and I remember we all used to play this game. We didn't know it was anything unusual. If we didn't play the stick game, it was pois. I now work at a Primary School in Australia and would love to introduce this to our girls.

The gals in black T shirts at the beginning are kiwis visiting Kansas and taught the game to the Kansas City Chorus. As you can see they loved it. Some loved it so much they cut up their broomsticks so they could practice!
