well if u can't tolerate the pressure,don"t work as an outbound agent,inbound is better,however u'l at times experience depression with the kind of calls u'l be handling and getting,it's just a matter of choice and tolerance on the kind of environment u'l be dealing w/.Well as they say,it's a good training ground for those who want to improve their communication skills ...god bless y'all and good luck!

Well I think the most memorable experience of working at convergys was how they micromanged every second of the work day. I believe I was allowed 300 seconds a day for bathroom breaks.
