@amisgh You probably shouldn't be drinking or eating soy. You can make kefir out of virtually anything that has sugar so yes almond milk will work just fine.
@LuniaVideo thanks for your answer, but why? because I'm vegan and I sometimes use Soy slices, Tofu and other soy products in my food. I've tried to reduce the amount of my weekly soy usage, but is that really terrible and harmful? :(
@amisgh It's very allergenic, inflammatory, high in Omega 6s and contains one of the highest lectin and phytic acid contents of any food in nature. Not to mention, the specific plant estrogen in soy has been linked to infertility and breast cancer.
Any food that requires any sort of processing to be edible is probably not a good food.
So if I took an omega 3 supplement with a spoon of yogurt it will be more effective for my skin maybe?

I wash my hands...pour all of my kefir in a bowl and just use my hands to find and put my grains into the bowl. It is SO much easier.

@amisgh I think you can... I don't know if it works as well... but yes, I would definitely try almond milk over soy milk

@41NAMEK Yep just the same kefir grains over and over again, and they actually multiply so you can give them to your friends and stuff :)
