The gov't allows you to even out expenses over years so that a company does not have distortions in its financial statements which may be misleading to investors. There was a recent study that showed that the previous way networks measured ratings was largely false and misleading and a completely inaccurate way of measuring ratings. After this came out, a new measurement system was implemented and his ratings were discovered to be astonishingly low. TYT did a video on it if you don't believe me. I don't appreciate the man from Young Turks saying that conservatives are indifferent to "your concerns". Does he know all conservatives, and does he know all of their hearts? That being said, I am conservative and I am not rich, nor am I a big Rush Limbaugh fan. He doesn't seem to be concerned about the underpriviledged, women, children, animals or the environment. That being said, why wouldn't the poor use food stamps, food banks, etc? There is also the dirty word, "work" to feed ur kids
