in Australia we've got a size limit minimum of 60 cms i think...and bag limit used to be 20 per angler per day...but that was reduced to 10 per angler per day...this included the commercial fisherman. Same goes for billfish in cluding marlin...used to be 2 then down to 1 per angler per day...just the way the goverment is trying to sustain the fisheres over here.

Nice video, but I've been on this boat - NONE of the charter boats out of Hatteras, including the Godspeed, filet your fish for you. As it turns out, there's an entirely separate "fish cleaning" industry back at the dock. When I went, it was something like 30 cents per pound to clean your fish.  The captain did not seem happy.
