  • i was home in NJ on the day before - seeing this prep clip on the net got me off my butt and on an overnight Greyhound to Pitt to go be attacked by Bane on Saturday morning

  • JON LOVITZ WILL PLAY PENGIN! SEE DETAILS! NO BS! youtube.com/watch?v=XRvga8VejTE

  • So pissed this should've been soldier field

  • SO UPSET! They wanted me to be an extra in the scene here and I couldn't do it!

  • *SPOILER*

its for an explosion. Bane blows up heinz field.

  • i think its special effect.

  • in this scene a group of villians interrupt a football game. ive also heard that this is a flashback but im not clear on that.

  • Bane sets off bombs in the stadium right after kickoff. The raised part is the only section that will still be standing in the actual movie. I was just there as an extra this morning.

  • some sort of earthquake machine? Bane: "this is the instrument of your demolition!"

  • @LennyLemmings liberation.

  • Okay let’s try to figure this out eh? What explanation do we have for the extra chunk that is beat up?

    An earthquake.

A really rough fight scene...or what?

think more along the lines of a fissure. what you're seeing is "hollywood magic" before nolan has had a chance to cast his spell.

at one point what you see as the "normal level" will be the field, at a later point what you see here as looking like a "raised level" will be all that's left of the field and the "normal level" will have sunk, but to a massive degree, not like what you see here. imagine a cavern below the stadium, its roof being compromised, and so the field crumbles.

  • This tells me something epic will happen including Bane and Batman

  • My guess is they built it up like that in order to destroy part of it some how. at certain angles you probably cant tell its raised up higher.

  • Batman's GPS took him on the "Most Destructive Path" route

  • cool but what's the deal with a chunk of it still there?
