i have did all what you said and every thing is ok! BUT After i press start (1) then SilkroadGuard pops up (2) then the silkroad online window open after that (3)

the the game should open but no it doesnot it just stay like this !!!!!! i open my task manger i find beside it (not responding ) Why ??? pleas help me

@SuperBlackuser hm. never had that kind of problem. try reinstalling the game or updating it. also, it might be that firewall or your anti-virus software is blocking the game. >.<

@ericown can you describe your pc and the problem more? what does the launcher/game say? not responding or something else? maybe requirements of sro are too high for your pc, maybe problem is in different os or maybe something else xDD
