My husband talked with the California AG about the lawsuit. It seems that the suit is not against YTB travel. It is against the marketing side of the company. The goal of YTB is become the largest online travel agency by year 2011. We are on the way to achieving this goal early. Plus, if it is so wrong, why is Expedia now offering a similar business model but at much higher prices with less product? I truely believe all the negative response is from those that do not understand mlm co. formats.

An illegal pyramid is that in which members make the money by RECRUITING other members and not by ACTUALLY selling the product or service. Have some one explain you the YTB compensation plan and show you statistics of their representatives then you can put into perspective the law suit from the CA AG.
