Btw - that lock-in policy is a standard practice in many Walmarts in the U.S. One employee was fired for using the fire-escape in order to make it to the hospital (he had a stomach ache). Boy it's a good thing locking in workers increases production rates. Good thinking Walmart.
Walmart is a cancer in today's society that may never be cured. People who work for walmart get paid shitty wages, a shitty healthcare plan, are fired if they try to unionize, and occasionally have hours outright deleted off their time sheets by their managers. Rivals are force to pay their works like shit too in order to compete. It's already made a bitch out of the USA - god help us all if they take over on a global scale.
