I go into my local Starbucks and am promptly greeted by the SCOWL of a Urban American woman, she has tight cornrows and looks like she wants to fight me. I say "venti China Green Tips-please", she says "WHATS" as she continues to scowl at me. She finally understands my order, rings it up, overcharging me by 40 cents. She adjusts the price. I go sit down to drink my tea and this BURLY, Urban American woman is occasionally scowling at me,YIKERS. Anyone else have a similar Starbucks experience?
