  • Sometimes his opinions were too emotional but he was a heroic and honest man. I understand that he wanted a Jewish autonomy in social-democratic Poland rather than going to Israel. Polska Cie nie zapomni. R.I.P.

  • I wasnt sure if Mr Edelman would have want his funeral with military honors, particularly after what he went through with the Nazis in the ghetto. On the second thought I realized that military honors are appropriate for a man who fought for his Jewish believes, the survival of his people, and for Polands freedom. Mr. Edelman, please forgive what my fellow Germans did to you, your community and country, rest in peace until we see each other again in a better and peaceful world without fashism
