Opinion time: I get nukes all the time, in fact, I nuked the first game I unlocked it :D. Class I use: ACR Supressed, M1014 Holographic, Claymore, Stun, Scavenger, Cold Blooded, Ninja, Pavelow, AC-130, Nuke. Yeah I know :O PAVELOW? Yeah it's a higher killstreak, but it gets WAY more kills than the Harriers (Usually). I actually got a nuke one time just from the Pavelow, I didn't even have to call in the AC-130.

alright heres an easier way to nuke it works for me...put 2 classes with one man army one sniping and one an assault rifle with a heartbeat sensor and hardline and have a 3rd class with a silenced weapon....go from intervention get like 3 kills then switch get 3 more for your harriers and then switch to your silenced class and just camp out the rest and pop back out when you have to
