Half the fun is making the food...perhaps in this case 3/4 the fun....but still worth it!

This just in, I actually made a Timpano this summer in a total of about 7 hours cooking time. It can be done rather easily in one day - you don't need to go nuts like we did in this video (boxed ziti is both acceptable and encouraged)!
