@davidallenspears14 The Douglas C-53 Skytrooper was a dedicated troop transporter developed from the DC-3 airliner. It was thus very similar to the C-47 Skytrain, but without the reinforced cargo floor, large cargo door and hoist attachment of that dual purpose aircraft. As a result the C-53 was much less flexible in operation than the C-47, and only 380 were built.

there was no such thing called the C-57 after the DC-3 / C-47 was invented the Douglas manufacturing companies stopped makeing new transport aircraft they just massed produced the C-47

its called the C-47 Skytrain or DC-3 douglas don't doubt me i learned about the invasion of europe in Air Force Jr Reserve Officers Training Course (afjrotc) the douglas or (Goonie bird) was used for troop and supply transport/ drops during ww2 and after it was also used in the Korean war and Vietnam as a troop supply transport/ and gunship before the C- 130 and the AC- 130 were createdduring vietnam

@TheGamerPro246 No, both games have different campaignsand missions, on Airborne you can upgrade every weapon you find, on Vanguard you can only find upgrades for few weapons....

@xdloner upgrade is just for one mission, start "The Crucible" mission equipped with an M1 Garand rifle. The Crucible contains an upgrade ,to find this upgrade, eliminate all the German soldiers guarding the first tunnel in the factory. Instead of turning right, keep walking straight through into a room with no other entrance or exit. The weapon upgrade (a scope) sits behind a box in this room. I hope this would help,because i cant remember where i found them....
