There was an event for FireRed and LeafGreen. The event allowed you to battle Deoxys.

@ethan2060 nope, i actually think it was made back in gen 2 but it was almost never seen because the only pokemon that could learn it back then was misdreavus, which could only be found in mt. silver (the very end of the game) and which few people bothered to train to the level where it learns the move

i used an action replay code and i saved and when i returned to vermillion i asscesed my boxes and my pc was filled with bad eggs that if i took out they wouldn't hatch and when i and they would come out but it would show that they didn't

Nah you don't technically need the master ball for the legendary dog. Get a pokemon such as Wobafet with Arena Trap and AT makes the dog unable to escape. I caught my Suicune with an Ultra Ball. Hope I helped.

to get deoxys in FR/LG/R/S/E, u need the aurora ticket from the event and u need ot get to triangle island and solve the puzzle, evrytime u mess up the triangle will reset itself.

(the events over, so most likely, ull need an action replay, game shark or e reader now)

When i catch deoxys in ruby/sapphire deoxys look normal.. And when i catch it in Emerald he is the deoxys with the highest Speed and when i catch it in Fire Red he is the deoxys with the highest Attack and in leaf green he is the deoxys with the highest Defense..
