Kimi has been out of F1 for a couple of years and if memory serves, he still won more races than Webber in less time. Who's kidding who? Webber is nowhere near as quick even in the Red Bull; Adrian Newey can only do so much with his designs, Webber has to do the rest and compared to to Vettel it's not a whole lot.

"Bad luck" is something that appears to creep up on Webber more than other drivers, with mechanical issues etc, but he has had his fair share of chances that have been ruined, like ALL drivers. He might not be the best driver currently racing in Formula 1 but you can't use statistics which only tell half a story in situations like this.
