the snake soup isn't really that bad, i tried them like when i was 5 years old (i didn't know what it was back then), it tastes like seafood that's all. But there isn't many snake shops around any more.

That sushi restaurant is INFAMOUS, which attract even more people to martyr themselves.

I am a resident of Hong Kong too

The sushi restaurant is very famous, due to its awful taste.......

And the snake soup, it's really good in my opinion, snake soup can make people warm in Chinese Medicine Concept. However i hate the snake gall bladder wine.

And the frog, it's taste like chicken, the texture in smooth, not only in Kong Kong, but also popular in south-east Asia. Actually, snake and frog, not everyone accept them, even for Asian.For the meat, chicken, fish, etc. Freshness in important, even in other Asian countries

btw, as a resident in Hong Kong, I hate drinking snake soup...and I also hate seeing people slaughtering snakes on the street...but we have to accept that not everyone holds the same point of view and has the same cultural backgd...
