I've done this with vinyl records no joke and it 100% works. Whatever program you use you have to speed or slow the pitch of the audio down by 20%, the reason why some of you keep saying it doesn't work is obviously because you're not increasing or decreasing the pitch enough, by doing 10% ain't good enough, youtube will detect it, it has to be 20% or more. Once I increased the speed of the music by 10% and WMG slapped me a claim but I tryed a second time and increased it by 20% and it worked.

I've changed pitch and speed of the song with both audacity and Vegas but YT detected it anyway. It's been a year, anytime I pick up some song to make a video with I got it muted by YT.

I always do this kind of method, like using Window Movie Makes, Sony Vegas, Mixcraft & etc.

And it depend on luck.

Sometimes youtube never claim it but some times youtube claim it.
