The memorial on our property will STAY as long as needed by all who loved him! It has been a daily reminder to me how fragile life can be and why we as parents try to warn our children of the many dangers of alcohol and/or drug use.
I can't stop thinking about everyone involved, especially Steven's parents. I lost two brothers to a drunk driving accident in the past; I can't imagine what they must be going through as parents, only my parents could.
I did not know anyone involved in this accident nor any of the friends and family. However, I have been extremely heartbroken and sad as it is our property/ front yard where the accident happened.
