I remember hearing this song on the car radio as we were taking my dad to his final rest in Fort Snelling National Cemetery in 1981.

Every time I hear it I think of that day. And though it may be a sad memory the song still makes me feel warm and peaceful. And maybe my dad was trying to tell me something that day through this song.
