I was never a fan of the animated show but I like the concept of it.

Now, THIS is actually something I may go see. As someone else said, with all the new technology they have in making movies, this could be pretty awesome.

They'd better make it at least PG-13 though.

thes's a movie w/ the same name called "avatar" but it has nothing to do with this, they just have the same title.

the avatar from nickolodean is gonna be called "the last airbender" so ppl won't get confused

@simonstiles Yeah I do the same thing, too ^_^ The creators of the TV show said M Night Shymalan's adaptation is very, very faithful to the original series, and Shymalan worked side-by-side with the 2 co-creators of the show to write the movie story. Hopefully it stays pretty awesome.
