starcitygal you are totally wrong, this guy is the epitome of hard work and dedication and played 23 games in the majors alongside Mark McGuire the year of the HR record after the world said he couldn't because he was a 5'8" Canadian. This is just a showing of support for his player which most GOOD managers do at one point in their careers, its a psychological part of the game. Slapchop you don't know this guy, KO'd more catchers at the plate than anyone I know! (at least 6 I know of!)
