Good rep speed. Momentum is so bad on the joints. I think if Skylers triceps were on the pads on the pullover machine he would have got more out of it because that would have eliminated him gripping the bar and he could have rested his grip strength for the row.
Note: I get more out of the pullover without the pads. My hands were not the limiting factor on the row. -Skyler
