@lindatieh i'm not very familiar with gypsy vanners but i thought they were a color based breed? i thought that they had to be black and white, not just one solid. correct me if i'm wrong lol i would love to know more about them.
WHAT A TINY LITTLE ROCK STAR - BET THE MARES ARE THROWING THEMSELVES AT HIM - QUITE A BEAUTIFUL SITE TO SEE HIM PULLING THAT CART SO WELL - DOES HE LIKE TO GO OUT FOR A WALK/ JOG WITH THE CARTS AND LOOK FORWARD TO IT, OR DOES HE HATE GETTING HITCHED UP TO IT ETC.
Thank you... Starbuck has perhaps 6 new offspring coming this year so far, as we have just made him available for stud. In the meantime, we are so grateful to Sue and Dave who train him, and to Mark Barrett who does the video here.
hes gorgeous, only full gypsy ive seen fully black apart from my boys dam...n think she had some dales in there =) he was on my calendar last year, fantastic example of the breed =)
This is such a lovely video! Thank you so much for sharing the great qualities of this young stallion! My mare Bellbottom Truffles would love to come pull your wagon some day! Bohemian Gypsy Cobs
Good video: beautiful horse, nice setting, well filmed. I was thinking the same: people probable mistake this horse for a friesian, but they are usually higher and a bit slimmer, have curly mane and less "sock" (sorry, don't know the english word for the hair above the hooves)).
I try to get a horseman in France enthusiastic for Gypsy Vanners- he drives a chart with a Comtois. Lovely horses, too, but is not the same... ;)
I own quite a few fine gypsys and I have seen many many gypsy horses and this presentation is the BEST most elegant presentation of your stallion I have seen..It is beautiful-professional-no gimmicks or glaitz! We need more like this in the breed. Celeste Huston
