@BPRINCESS1 The dancers name is Cintia and she has been belly dancing since she was a child. If you watch her other videos, you will see some from when she was a child. I'd say she was born with that talent and is not copying anyone.

I know you posted this a year ago, but how is the skirt? I'm always leary of purchasing skirts/costumes off ebay. I've been looking at this one for a long time and I really want it. Was wondering if it is good quality and made right (with the correct sizing you sent them). I've had bad experiences purchasing off ebay so I want to make sure this is worth the money!
