Well it could be from both, I looked in the search bar: both Scooter and Sash appears with the name Oxygen, But personally I know it's Sash cuz Scooter don't make this kind of music.
Because he is trying to irritate you! He can either go through lots of trouble to change something and make you happy, or he can kick back and do nothing and watch you go crazy. So much simpler and more fun to watch you freak out.

*sigh* it is Sash.
But when I toke it from the CD there was standing Scooter-Oxygene but i found out i wasn't so I have changed it and so it is SASH.
