BTW! I read that we should avoid direct sun light on them, that we should put them on a not so bright place so the plant's leaves don't try to do their photosynthesis and focus their energy on growing new roots. maybe that can help yours. good luck!
I'm sorry to hear that orchid's not doing well with the 'spag and bag' method; I have 4 more that I'm trying to save like the other 2 on my vid. but there's no change yet. I have no idea why some of them do well and some don't. I'm just gonna let them in the bag until they grow roots or they die. About the cinnamon, I apply it when I cut leaves or blooming spikes but I don't use it on roots because it dries them up. I use fungicide or neem oil. Good luck and thanks for your videos! :)
@Angelofjusticia thanks for your tips, I will be watering my sick orchid today, and see how it is faring, wondering whether I should change and put it back in the Moss and beads.
Sounds like a tough case. Interesting use of the cinnamon. I know I recently heard that cinnamon is good for you. I use to love cinnamon and sugar sprinkled on toast in the morning. Maybe distilled water would be better on the sick orchid? I watched a video on growing mushrooms in a kitchen and you can't use chlorinated water, it kills the mushrooms.
