It comes from the Main theme of Dorian Gray written by Charlie Mole and is called Dorian's theme. Unfortunately the soundtrack was never released but I have the full version of the original idea on piano, which maybe I will post some day. Contact Ealing Films Uk and start a petition to get it released.
