  • This is good, I like it. with a ultra heavy weight however the reciprocal and core muscle (intra abdominal pressure) is a must and this modification would not be helpful, then momentum alone would cause a cheat, that's the wheat side. The frosted side of me likes this, as I am big on "functional training" and 90% of people are not using the "beast" with their TG = ) keep posting and creating, i love it

  • Thanks for the great video. It explains the steps better than most - with a different and better angle, too.

    My son suggested I start with an empty water jug, adding water as I get better. You can see a couple of my two sons' weight lifting videos on my subscriptions.
