Damn and that was all in 90 days o.o stellar results man what did you eat you must have been super strict. im on day 7 now and for break fast i have protein shake and apple then a few hrs later bannana cheese stick, then ham sandwich for lunch then a few hrs later a protein bar then i work out then eat dinner wich is what ever my mom makes like roast and potatoes and gravy and all that tasty stuff.
hey, im 14, 5 feet tall and started p90x 3 weeks ago ive gone from 110lbs to 101 gained muscle and definition so far doing pretty good. i eat 5 meals a day and am shredding body fat while gaining muscle (its pretty cool :D) i am eating often but good food. following the nutrition guide as best i can but have protien shakes and bars throughout the day. cant wait for day 90! yea im down to 99lbs now idk y but im dropping body fat. i was a fat person just not where i wanted to be. i had lovehandles and stuff and wanted to be stronger and more toned. ill put a vid up when im done day 90!

I had 2 protein shakes a day and 2 protein bars a day..... I tried to watch my sodium (very important ) if you are coming down weight!! Now for me in round two Im eating about 2700 calories a day ,,, trying to build more muscle mass!
No I did not follow there nutrition guide!! I was on I high protein, low sodium diet!! I kept it under 2000 calories.. Because I was coming down weight!! The nutrition guide is good for people going up weight!! Thanks bro!!
The average during the first 60 days was about 2000 cals, and third month till now about 2500 to 2800 cals..... Low sodium( under 2500 mgs max)but remember I was trying to come down weight ! With eating about 2000 cals you tread alot of weight! Thanks for the inquire buddy... Good luck in your journey with p90x and if you need more info let me know!!!
