Alcohol causes far more deaths than marijuana, but inferring from this that marijuana is far safer than alcohol is like inferring that bees are safer than sharks just because more people die from bees. It means your sense of reality is warped and you are suspicious for no good reason and agitated about insignificant things.

Psychosis is very serious. It means you have unwarranted hostility and suspicion of others, or have hallucinations or profound sadness that you can't get rid of. Spoons, pencils, and guns, do not do this. Spoons, pencils and guns are just tools. They are not psychotropic drugs.
