Prohibition of marijuana started in the US in the 40s because of racism. i smoked weed everyday in high school and played 3 varsity sports by my sophomore year. i have now been smoking weed multiple times a day for years and can still run a 6 minute mile. i will not touch cigs and barely ever drink alcohol. do the math
cannabis also helps me in school. i smoked a bowl before i took a physics exam last week. i got a 95 % on the test compared to a 73% on my first physics test in which i did not smoke beforehand. i was in a more relaxed, focused, and deeper state of mind. it helped me. cannabis allows you to realize certain things that you would not realize in a sober state of consciousness. the amazing thing is that cannabis doesnt impair you, it doesnt slow your reaction time or cause you to make bad decisions

The whole issue with marijuana is political and economic.The university I attended was a microcosm of most universities across the nation.While attending college I noticed that the kids who attended parties(sets)where alcohol was the main attention, would often display behavior that was detremental to themselves and others i.e. public nuisance, drunk driving or disturbing the peace.However, m.j. sets were a lot more laid back and contemplative. In conclusion, alchohol should b banned nt mj.
i agree. also a large amount of organized crime is focused around the use of marijuana. and since it is such a popular recreational drug its easy for these gangs to profit off of it. and gangs run into other gangs over territory for selling the product..then a gang war starts..etc..etc..also alchahol is more dangerous and it WAS prohibited for almost 20 years back in the early 1900s. to legalize it would be a wise choice politicaly. i simpyl dont see why not. thats my opinion.
I aggree. But marijuana have become a problem because it is illigal. And there is way to many users to stop it. And I am 100% sure it can be used for medical use. (Eating dissorder, glukoma, aids, cancer etc). It does wonder on my allergies, migrane and nerves. (don't have to think about it for days).
