nrma insurance is a joke. They only paid out $1100 when the repair damage was worth $3000, I was tail gated. Now my whole family is being investigated because my mum nissan xtrail was stolen, been almost 3 months now still under investigation. I definitely changing companies. I hope NRMA fails.
