THis is ridiculous! Poptarts copied Don Hertzfeldt style of animation. Don Hertzfeldt refused to work for poptarts, so poptarts stole his style of animating. He is my favorite animator and after all of the awards he has gotten, frekin poptarts steals his idea.

Unfortunately he wouldn't win. You can't really copywrite a 'style.' They would have had to use characters or specific dialogue that he has trademarked. While I'm sure he copywrites the material he produces, I don't see any characters or hear any lines that appear in his stuff. It sucks, because it is bullshit that they blatantly ripped off his stuff, but there just isn't any legal recourse for him unless Kellog's crosses the line.
