In the resent quakes & not just China but Chile we have abnormal cloud formations and in particular rainbow like colours appearing in the sky just before the earthquake strikes. I have looked into independent witness in documentaries in youtube & other sources which have photographed such phenomenon. This is a clear indication of HAARP @work.
