Gymnastics is on par with Table Tennis it isn't a sport but more so a lifestyle that starts with immense talent; prodigies to be exact and then even those gifted young individuals can only hope to acheive the highest level with practice that most people would not have the mental tenacity to endure. Table Tennis is fucking insane and believe me when I say that the players in this video only scratch the surface. Gymnastics definitely beats Table Tennis in terms of. TBC

Women only seem better sometimes because of the longer rallies (as in tennis). Men have shorter rallies because their kill shots are more effective (quicker and more forceful). A woman playing a man of near equal skill would know that well.

IMO Women seem to have more finesse than men players. Appearing to have better ball control, IE: angles, pressure, power selection and things of that nature. Matches are not very physically taxing but training can be. I lost 25-30 pounds training in China in 2 months. I know someone that had a hip move out of its socket training in Korea. In matches, they are not flicking their wrists but using quickness in legs and power from their legs on their forehand topspin strokes. Table tennis players usually train more hours than other sports. I know players 150 rank of thw world that train 4 hours per day. Chineses train more obviusly.

If you have play table tennis for some years, you'll know that speed and agility are vital to be in the top.
