My Uncle Billy died 6 years ago due to his weight--something with which he struggled. Moving became difficult, causing him to go into cardiac arrest due to overexertion.

Considering on how old this video was made, this could of been in the United States. The fillet o' fish used to be wrap in a blue wrapper. Now they don't because the bun is steamed now instead of being toasted and the steamed bun can be sqooshed easily now.
