The conflict has started 3 months before 7th of Aug. Women and children were evacuated by South Osetian president when Russian announced the arrival of additional Georgian troops and artillery. Then Russian proposed to sign an agreement to forbid any fire from both sides. Georgians refused. Then on 7th of Aug. Georgians announced in front of cameras that they start a military operation without saying a word about Russians. It is Georgia who has started this war.
