I'm Asian and I'm not smart at all. My grades are horrible. I can't eat spicy food, use chopsticks, I'm not ninja, I don't speak any Asian languages, and I don't have an accent. Am I asian?? :D
@reddragon8621 If you mean they originated from West Asia, then yes. But if by Asian you mean they are yellow (like Chinese, Japanese, Korean etc), NO, they are Caucasoids. Many present-day Jews are of European stalk, and they happen to be the smartest portion.

Usually they are pushed to the edge to get all A's due to strict parents or they don't want to disappoint their parents and families. yeah asians were smart..why's that so..maybe most basically because they are religious,,,second family oriented..most asian students would do good not to disappoint their parents.....I even knew Philippine president, girl is a classmate of bill clinton... there were many asians too who were able to enter harvard..amazing..

@LovingIran1 genetics. there are environmental factors, too, though. and it's not like genetics are set in stone since they do change over a long period of time. in about 300 years, we probably won't see much difference in test scores between asians, whites, hispanics, and blacks. if you look at the history of east asia and compare it to that of europe or africa, you'll see why asians might have "smarter" genes on average for now.
