I have the NES version of this game. I don't know if it's because the control configuration is different on MAME, or if it's because you were controlling all 4 turtles at once, but when I play single player I don't die nearly that much.

I've beaten Turtles in Time as 4 players on an arcade cabinet, never had a chance to try it on the original, that would be fun.

This game brings back some good memories! I remember putting SO much of my pocket money into playing this. I don't think I ever got to finish it.

Does anyone know why on the Xbox Arcade version the brief clip of the turtles landing on April's building is cut. It makes no sence as the Xbox version is just the Arcade rom running in an mame style emulator.

you have to press TAB to open up the menu, and go to input (this game) then set the controls as you like.

@sandlol123 I know it's been a long time but anyway, you know you can attack both sides w/ different turtles, right? Even with the setup in your video (controlling all at the same time), cause they all have slightly different attack speeds...=P
