It does state however, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, orprohibiting the free exercise thereof" The wall of seperation between church and state was in a letter from Thomas Jefferson to the Danbury Baptists.

I love this guy! But I think the last straw is going to be during a national "emergency" created when the dollar collapses and marshal law is declared on the national level. Then will the sheriff and police follow unconstitutional laws ordered against their own people or not? Or will they allow Federal Agents full unconstitutional powers in their communities? I love the constitution, but like other special interest groups, it seems as though the Oath Keepers are only interested in defending the portions of it they agree with. How often do the Oath Keepers enter litigation with municipalities, states, or the federal government when they overstep the first amendment's wall of separation between church & state by establishing or respecting a religious establishment? The 10 orders Oath Keepers won't follow are likely to never be issued anyway.

It does state however, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, orprohibiting the free exercise thereof" The wall of seperation between church and state was in a letter from Thomas Jefferson to the Danbury Baptists.

@Sharimax42 . We stood down VA side only. The 2nd Amendment March in DC was well attended by Oath Keepers. The founder spoke, and an Oath Ceremony was held..at least 80 % of the crowd took it or reaffirmed. I know..I was there, and I gave the Oath right after Stewart Rhodes spoke..he introduced me.

Give people the opportunity to earn and keep the money they make. Freedom and liberty has been changing lives for a long time in the U.S.A. A guy was placed on administrative leave got pissed off, he had bought a rifle prior to this and registered it! The state police, five agency swat teams surrounded the dudes home and took him into protective custody-NO WARRENT-NO CRIME NO JUDGE- JUST BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT HE MIGHT DO SOMETHING! YUP! We have allowed the federal government to expand and intervene in our everyday pursuits. Many have grown accustomed and even dependant on their handouts. We have third and fourth generation welfare recipients for petes sake! I tis these that take advantage of the system that perptuate this constant governmental intrusion for the rest of us that actually work for a living.
