it's not out of time in the sense it's not in time with the band, but the beat is different to how it actualy goes, missing some notes. plus going back to the D on the A string wrecks the timing, you need the open D

Bravo. My friends and I covered this song at one of our college's talent shows. It is a tough song to sing and this singer did a great job with it. I love that he forgot some of the words because I stumbled over a couple parts too....the lyrics don't make sense! Good job guys.
