Are you serious? I've only been playing for about 3/4 of a year, on and off. Don't be a troll just because you have some $2,000 high end amp head and want to make yourself feel more important.
I don't own a 2,000 dollar amp haha. And yes, i have used a Line 6 amp and it sounds like a solid state, modeling piece of crap. I don't know what your budget would be but the peavey valveking is GREAT for under 400 bucks.
I use a raven amp and a pod x3, I like it personally, but I don't have much experience in amps/effects. All I knew is that the reviews for it were fantastic, I like it a lot, I got it 100$ cheaper.
But anyway, I'd just like to know how to get those effects :P
My opinion is bobby is one of the best teachers on you tube.playing the tune first and then breaking it down with telling you exactly what hes doing plus adding the tabs to help which can suit players at different levels of playing.which is why i think its unfair that he should be asked that he should maybe do this or that to improve things for some given the time and effort it must take to post the amount of lessons he has.well done bobby keep up the good work
totaly agreed, i also would like to mention that his voice is clear, and i dont know why his lessons always inspire me to play and learn to play. That is great
it puts more tension on the strings before the tuning head, or it clamps them entirely, just stops the guitar going out of tune when you bend a string
But i got a rather general question...could you image to do lessons using notes to explain the songs rather than tabs?
Than you could give some simple background information about the theory part of songs. Like, and now there is a quint played to the root note...and here is a key change to d or stuff like that?
I agree on one hand , but maybe it would work better if he used two sets of captions. One with tabs for the people who don't care for theory and another with a more indepth assessment of the song.Though that would be much harder than just teaching the song.
man yyou got those david gilour bends down pat man....great job...and thx so much for the vids

Hey Bobby what's that thing next to your nut?
RockSoilder1 2 years ago
@RockSoilder1 He added a locking nut so it stays in tune better since the Fender has the trem without the locking out which can butcher the tuning.
HALOMUFFIN 2 years ago 2
I think I may have that problem, because on the third fret most of the strings sound really of tune, do you think that may help with my guitar?
RockSoilder1 2 years ago
You might have to elaborate on that one.

Yup i was there too. You just gotta do research and keep playing... alot. You'll develop a better ear for your tone and sound.
