@bc65925 No No No.. I don't even know how that got in there, but I went in and took it out. Thanks for letting me know. If you ever see anything like that on one of my videos let me know. I hate commercials.. Thanks.
You know...I think you need to learn how to refret a neck. It really isn't that hard. Does take a few special tools readily found on ebay but it adds something to the skills to be a first class repairman and restorer.
I just saw a Pawn Stars where he bought Mary Fords' Gibson Les Paul SG. Cost him a fortune. It had been refretted. Their guitar expert thinks Les Paul did it himself.
If old Les Paul can refret a guitar you can surely refret an old banjer ;)
I find it hard to believe that I might the first person in the world to view one of your videos.Banjo's are certainly substantial pieces of manufacture, there is a lot of parts.I recently rebuilt a German made banjo which I believe was a kit poorly and inaccurateiy assembled. The design problem of banjo's is the neck to body joint.Regardless, fixing up an old instrument is asatisfying project as you know. Glenn from Australia.
@VolvoWagon77 Awesome Glen. You're exactly right. A banjo is an excellent instrument for a mechanic/motor head. Lots of nuts and bolts and such.. haha
Cool, I watched these backards... Looking foward to the finished banjo..
