  • as far as i remember i had a friend test this with his equipment and had the same readings. after that i started to work on other stuff! i gave this motor to my friend. as he has better equipment!

  • does your amp meter need a shunt to be able to read the proper current? Not being mean, I bought a very similar meter that was sold without its shunt.

  • I got fed up being in that situation my friend. So I spent a couple of days looking at my electronics books, then making myself repeat resistor colour values. Unusually for me it actaully stuck in my memory too :)

    TFS the video.

  • @orbiter8 my mind don't work that way! so i use a cheat sheet:)

  • @eroutt I quite understand mate. I'm very much the same with different parts of electronics where the only way is a reference book, especially the maths part :o

  • Read the color code on a resistor if you don't remember! Google: "Resistor Color Coding Scheme"

  • @oxiigen it was a resistor that i found to work! i forgot to check it before i made the vid!

  • Great motor eroutt and new ideas. I bet you smiled when she span up:-) Jonny

  • @jonnydavro yes i did smile. i have other work that i am tweaking for future videos:) so stay tuned!
