Season 1- He crosses the company by saving Claire and helping Noah

Season 2- He crosses the petrellis n the company. By talking Making Peter go and meet Adam.

Season 3- He is helping the Petrellis n the company. To get the formula back.

IMO i think this series will end with Hiro going back in time and letting Peter blowup in NY but warning everyone of it. And making Ny be deserted like in the vission Peter had when he absorb the powers of Sylar n claire

4) Claire and Sylar join forces to fight the Vortex Villain (Stephen Canfield)

5) Arhtur Petrelli appears and is working with another Heroes father.
