I hate those bastards with the windmill shurikens. You can do a UT on them with almost any weapon and it still won't kill them outright.

One Izuna Drop is enough to kill him after he gets knocked off the horse. I usually use either the Dabi or Lunar UTs to knock him off when I'm playing for score.
