The rakk hive at the end made me wonder how much more elaborate the scripts and cutscenes in the game could've been.

There's a lot of potential for more complex animation in Borderlands as we see here in these hilarious eps. Watching a stampede of rakk hives, for instance, while over-the-top, would've been one helluva set piece.
